The Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors (VACC) has set a target of buttressing the operations of its members from now until 2015. Addressing the VACC congress held in Hanoi on March 12, VACC Chairman Vu Khoa said the organization will expedite the establishment of centres for protecting their members’ rights as well as improving their capacity.
