PetroVietnam Financial Joint Stock Corp (PVFC) announced yesterday that PVFC Capital, the subsidiary of PVFC signed the agreement to set up an oil and gas fund with Japanese and South Korean investment. This is one part of the framework in investment promotion programme organised by the National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) and Jetro Japan. The fund worth $500 million will have operation period of 5-10 years

VNStockNews.com – Son Ha International Corporation, listed at HCM Stock Exchange as SHI, signed a contract yesterday to sell new shares to joint-stock HD Bank. Under the agreement, SHI will sell 1.5 million shares, or six per cent of the company’s new chartered capital, at the price of VND14,000 (US$0.73), according to SHI deputy general director Dam Quang Hung.

Son Ha International Corporation, listed at HCM Stock Exchange as SHI, signed a contract yesterday to sell new shares to joint-stock HD Bank. Under the agreement, SHI will sell 1.5 million shares, or six per cent of the company’s new chartered capital, at the price of VND14,000 (US$0.73), according to SHI deputy general director Dam Quang Hung. The sale was part of the company plan to issue 10 million new shares to increase its chartered capital to VND250 billion from the current VND150 billion

Dong deposit rate of 11.9pct/year reduced

The highest dong deposit rate of 11.9 percent pa, established from April 15, has lately been replaced by the 11.5 percent pa threshold. Hanoi Building Commercial JS Bank or Habubank has announced to adjust the deposit rates of its whole system. The adjustment is under the direction of State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) as well as the agreement of Vietnam Banks Association (VNBA)’s members.
