HANOI, March 12 (Reuters) – Petrovietnam Gas has signed a deal with Chevron Corp, Japan’s Mitsui Oil Exploration Co and Thailand’s PTT Exploration and Production to build a $1 billion gas pipeline in southern Vietnam.
